TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Booking. When you book, a £50 deposit per apartment is required to secure your booking. This should be with Villa Fiore within seven days. The deposit is non-refundable

2. Payment. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to S. Stoyanov and sent to 12 Wordsworth Parade, Green Lanes, London N8 0SJ. For cash payments please request our bank details.

On receiving your payment a receipt will be sent to you.

This will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance to be paid .The due date for this payment will show on your receipt, however, no further reminder will be sent.

Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the apartment.

Should you book thirty days or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Please ensure that you supply us with your correct name and address, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given

3. Breakages. In addition to the cost of your rental a £50 breakages deposit will need to be paid. (This is totally refundable as long as no loss, theft or damage occurs to the apartment). Please inform us of any damage or breakages so that we can repair/replace as necessary for our next guests.

4. Cancellation. Bookings cancelled on or before 30 days prior to departure will only incur the loss of the Deposit.

Cancellation notified within 30 days of departure will be charged at 100% of the full price.

If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday then be sure to claim from your holiday insurance. If in the meantime we are able to successfully fill the apartment for the entire duration for which you would have occupied it, we will refund your money less the deposit.

5. Arrival & Departure. In order for the apartment to be cleaned and checked, departures must be made before 11.00 am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before 2.00 PM on the day of arrival. (It may be possible to change check out times on most occasions).

The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the apartment or its contents during their stay.

6. Excessive Noise. We want you to enjoy your holiday to the full, but respectfully ask our guests to consider their neighbors. Please do not make excessive noise or engage in unreasonable conduct that causes a constant nuisance to any other persons, whilst in your apartment, on the balcony, or around the complex.

Pets are always welcome in our holiday apartments.

7. Indemnity. Any item of furniture, electrical goods, and facilities provided in the apartments and within and around the building generally that you choose to use you do so at your own risk. You agree to indemnify us against any claim for injury, loss, damage howsoever caused. You agree that we the owners shall not accept any responsibility for injury to guests or third parties or loss or damage to their belongings.

8. Health and Safety Advice: To ensure a trouble-free holiday, please take all reasonable care to prevent injury or illness. Make sure you have adequate travel insurance.

9. Accessibility. Note that there is no lift. Please therefore assess your own mobility needs before deciding as to the suitability of an apartment.

10. Travel insurance. Note that free travel insurance provided by credit card issuers or bank accounts are usually inadequate. Check your policy for full medical and accident coverage. Also make sure you get a European Health Card (which replaced the E1-11). These are available from your Post Office or online. This will enable you to use state health facilities free or at reduced cost. It is also a requisite for most insurance policies.

11. Conditions. In the case of any dispute Villa Fiore owners' decision is final.

12. Your stay. We hope that you have an enjoyable stay at your apartment.
